介绍了Wilson图解法求解换热器管内对流换热系数关联式的方法及该方法在计算过程中存在的问题,提出了一种应用非线性回归分析的求解方法,通过试验采用非线性回归分析和Wilson图解法进行修正相结合的方法求解出换热器管内对流换热系数关联式并与经典经验综合式进行比较讨论。结果表明,该综合法与Wilson图解法相比,具有计算简单、快捷,结果准确、可靠的优点。
This paper introduces Wilson’s method of calculating the correlation of convection heat transfer coefficient in heat exchanger tubes and the problems in the calculation of the method. A method of solving nonlinear regression analysis is presented. By using nonlinear regression analysis and Wilson graphic method to correct the combination of methods to solve the heat exchanger tube heat transfer coefficient correlation and convection with the classic experience of a comprehensive discussion. The results show that the synthesis method has the advantages of simple, fast, accurate and reliable calculation compared with the Wilson graph method.
