根据大量的试验结果,本文得出结论:各种分次投料搅拌工艺均能不同程度地提高混凝土强度,提高早强效果更为显著;这些工艺不会对拌合物的工作性带来不利影响;各种投料方案中,裹砂石法和净浆裹石法增强效果最显著。从工艺繁简角度考虑,本文推荐裹砂石法作为施工中优先采用的搅拌工艺。应用试点结果表明,裹砂石法的投料次数少、适用性广、操作简便,易于在生产中推广.采用裹砂石法还能节约水泥、改善其它物理力学性能。
Based on a large number of experimental results, this paper concludes that various graded feeding and stirring processes can increase the strength of concrete in different degrees and increase the early strength effect more significantly; these processes will not adversely affect the workability of the mixture. In various feeding schemes, the sand-enclosing method and the paste-enveloping method have the most significant effect. Considering the simplicity of the process, the sand inclusion method is recommended as the preferred mixing process in construction. The results of the trial application show that the sand loading method has few feeding times, wide applicability, simple operation, and is easy to promote in production. The sand-enclosing method can also save cement and improve other physical and mechanical properties.
