随着创新型国家和国家知识产权战略的深入实施、推进,知识产权人才的培养也成为我国发展“一路一带”外向型经济和我国企业在海外保驾护航的重要抓手,应在已有的知识产权人才培养的基础上采取更有力的举措,将知识产权列入各地方的学科建制,为知识产权人才培养提供一片“沃土”。学科建制化是知识产权人才培养的客观需要,在知识产权事业发展过程中,知识产权人才的培养理念从根本上决定知识产权人才的培养质量。知识产权作为一种社会文化,而且其文化自觉意识贯穿知识产权事业兴起和发展的整个过程。知识产权的文化自觉意识正是知识产权学科建制化人才培养的核心理念。这个核心理念的关键在于培养知识产权人才以及更多人的自觉的问题意识,即文化超越意识和学理与实践层面的发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的自觉意识。

During the development of intellectual property cause, the cultivation concept of intellectual property personnel fundamentally determines the training quality of intellectual property personnel. Intellectual property as a social culture, and its awareness of cultural awareness throughout the rise and development of the cause of intellectual property throughout the process. The cultural awareness of intellectual property rights is the core concept of intellectual property discipline personnel training. The key idea of this core concept is to cultivate the awareness of intellectual property talents and more people’s conscious problem awareness, that is, the awareness of culture beyond consciousness and the level of academic and practical discovery, raise awareness of the problem and solve the problem.
