[目的]研究6个枸杞品种的授粉亲和性。[方法]以宁夏生产上常用的6个枸杞品种为材料,进行自交和正反交授粉组合试验。[结果]宁杞3号自交不亲和,自交坐果率仅为1.33%,宁杞2号自交亲和性较差,为31.74%,其他品种在50%以上。6个品种的杂交组合大都表现出良好的亲和性,尤其是宁杞3号,配置合适的授粉树可以有效提高坐果率和单果重。[结论]该研究为生产上授粉树的配置提供了依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the pollination affinity of 6 Chinese wolfberry cultivars. [Method] With 6 Chinese wolfberry varieties commonly used in the production of Ningxia as materials, self - and reciprocal cross pollination combinations were conducted. [Result] The results showed that there was only 1.33% of Ningqi No.3 self-incompatibility and self-made fruit set, but Ningqi No.2 had a low self-compatibility of 31.74% and other varieties more than 50%. Most hybrid combinations of 6 cultivars showed good affinity, especially Ningqi No.3. The allocation of appropriate pollination trees could effectively improve the fruit setting rate and fruit weight. [Conclusion] This study provided the basis for the configuration of pollination tree in production.
