在社会发展进步的同时,我国对教育教学质量也提出了更高的要求,不断进行着尝试和改革。随着教育教学理念的转变,教学越来越强调要尊重学生个体间的差异性,让各个层次学生都能获得相应发展和进步。为此,分层教学法被越来越多的应用到教学当中,本文以初中数学教学为例,就分层教学法在教学中的运用和实践问题展开了研究和探讨。
