铁水炉外增锰,是通过炉外向铁水中加入锰铁,促铁水含锰量大于0.5％,铁水温度大于1310℃,满足轧辊厂直接浇铸的要求。本文分述了锰铁粉的加入工艺,试验结果及讨论,以及铁水炉外增锰工艺的经济效益等。这项试验解决了供炼钢厂使用中锰铁水的浪费现象。
Hot metal outside the molten iron by adding ferromanganese through the outside of the furnace to the molten iron, to promote the molten iron manganese content greater than 0.5%, hot metal temperature greater than 1310 ℃, to meet the requirements of direct casting roll mill. This article describes the addition of ferromanganese powder technology, test results and discussion, as well as the additional benefits of molten iron by the manganese economy. This test addresses the waste of manganese and hot metal in the use of steel mills.
