原发性肝癌(以下简称肝癌)特别是中晚期的饮食宜忌,患者及其家属颇为关注,也是医疗上值得重视的问题。《金匮要略》谓:“所食之味,有与病相宜,有与身为害,若得宜益体,害则或疾”,我们应用扶正软坚法治疗中晚期肝癌的同时,常指导患者辨证施食。实践体会,药食兼施,可起到相辅相成的医疗作用,据44例治疗结果,疗效较为满意,现介绍于下。
