The party newspaper is the mouthpiece of the party and the people. This is a traditional summary of the functions and functions of the party newspaper of the proletariat. When the first Marxist newspaper, The Neue Rheinische Zeitung, was born at the height of the European democratic revolution in 1848, Marx put forward that newspapers and magazines are “ubiquitous eyes and ears” and “long-awaited mouthpiece.” That is, exposing “the diligently” reaction to the evil of reactionary rule so that the broad masses of the people will understand and rise up. They will express their enthusiasm for the desire and call of the revolutionary people for democratic freedom and encourage them to cast their bravery into the struggle.
