对中国建筑业1991年到2013年间的二氧化碳排放进行了计量,运用岭回归的方法分析了人口、财富和技术等因素对建筑业二氧化碳排放量的影响。结果表明,建筑业从业人员数量对二氧化碳排放量有正向影响但不显著,人均GDP对二氧化碳排放量有显著正影响,万元国内生产总值能源消费量对二氧化碳排放量有显著负影响。根据上述研究,提出了技术进步是减少建筑业二氧化碳排放的关键所在,要大力提倡新技术在建筑领域的运用;深化供给侧改革,做好建筑业经济规模的加减法;提高建筑人整体素质,全员减排增效;努力打造建筑业绿色供应链等相应的政策建议。
The carbon dioxide emissions of China’s construction industry from 1991 to 2013 were measured and the impact of population, wealth and technology on the carbon dioxide emissions of the construction industry was analyzed by using ridge regression. The results show that the number of employees in the construction industry has a positive but not significant effect on the amount of carbon dioxide emissions and the per capita GDP has a significant positive impact on the amount of carbon dioxide emissions. The energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of GDP has a significant negative impact on the amount of carbon dioxide emissions. According to the above research, it is proposed that technological progress is the key to reducing the carbon dioxide emissions in the construction industry. It is necessary to vigorously promote the application of new technologies in the construction field; deepen the reform on the supply side, and add and subtract the economic scale of the construction industry; and improve the overall quality of the construction workers , The full reduction of emissions and efficiency; efforts to build the green supply chain in the construction industry and other appropriate policy recommendations.
