亚细胞结构自由基的实验研究,为开展生物细胞自由基生成的定位提供了有效途径。本实验利用电子自旋共振法(Electron Spin Resonance.ESR),对青紫兰灰兔眼晶体上皮细胞核、线粒体等成分自由基进行测定。目的是观察室温及UV照射条件下。晶体上皮细胞核和线料体等成分自由基的产生及其随UV照射时间的变化。以阐明紫外辐射引起白内障自由基形成部位及过程。有助于探讨白内障形成机理。
The experimental study of the sub-cellular structure of free radicals provides an effective way for the localization of free radical generation in biological cells. In this experiment, electron spin resonance (Electron Spin Resonance.ESR) was used to determine the free radicals of the nuclear, mitochondrial and other components of the lens of Cymbidium gray-eye.
