目的:观察寒痹康汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB表达的影响,初步揭示寒痹康汤治疗类风湿关节炎的机理。方法:采用牛Ⅱ型胶原蛋白和弗氏不完全佐剂诱导关节炎大鼠模型,以甲氨蝶呤为对照组,观察寒痹康汤对各组大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB表达的影响。结果:寒痹康汤能降低胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB的表达,作用与甲氨蝶呤相当。结论:寒痹康汤影响胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠滑膜细胞核转录因子-κB的表达,是其治疗类风湿关节炎的机理之一。
Objective: To observe the effects of Hanbi Decoction on the expression of NF-κB in synovial cells of rats with collagen-induced arthritis, and to reveal the mechanism of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by Hanbi Decoction. Methods: Arthritis rat model was induced by bovine type Ⅱ collagen and Freund’s incomplete adjuvant. Methotrexate was used as a control group to observe the effect of Hanbi Decoction on the expression of NF-κB influences. Results: Hanbi Kang decoction can reduce collagen-induced arthritis rat synovial cell nuclear factor-κB expression, with the role of methotrexate. Conclusion: Hanbi Decoction can affect the expression of NF-κB in synovial cells of collagen-induced arthritis rats, which is one of the mechanisms of its treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.
