在知识经济时代,西部的科技创新能力决定着其经济发展水平。为了研究西部科技创新的有效提升路径,文章采用判别坐标方法(DC分析)构建了R&D的资金,人力的投入与专利产出的模型,并使用模型对部分省市的产出做了预测,效果较好,检验了模型的可靠性。研究认为:西部省市的R&D投入强度明显偏低,同时在R&D投入结构上需要进一步优化,在此基础上提出以政策创新为导向,加强R&D投入,优化投入结构,提高投入效率的路径建议。
In the era of knowledge economy, the ability of science and technology innovation in the west determines its level of economic development. In order to study the effective promotion path of western science and technology innovation, this paper constructed a model of R & D capital, human input and patent output by discriminant coordinates method (DC analysis), and used the model to predict the output of some provinces and cities. Better, tested the reliability of the model. The research shows that the intensity of R & D investment in western provinces and cities is significantly lower, meanwhile, the R & D investment structure needs to be further optimized. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward based on policy innovation, strengthening R & D investment, optimizing input structure and improving input efficiency.
