颈、上胸段食管癌极易侵犯周围组织，尤其是前方气管，一旦气管受侵，病变已属晚期。外科治疗极为困难，过去被认为是手术禁忌证，而只有采取放射治疗。随着现代外科技术，尤其是气管外科的进展，目前对这类病人也主张积极的手术治疗。我院自1989年起共收治12例这类病人，并进 Neck and upper thoracic esophageal cancer can easily invade surrounding tissues, especially the frontal trachea.
