将日本血吸虫超声干卵混悬于6%琼脂液内作石蜡切片,贴于 PVC薄膜凹孔进行免疫酶染色试验(薄膜干卵切片 IEST),并与薄膜肝卵切片 IEST对比实验,检测 159份血吸虫病人血清,阳性率分别为 98.11%及 97.48%,两者间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。检测 63份健康人血清,假阳性分别为 2例及 1例。提示两法的敏感性和特异性相近。但两法检测阳性血清的反应强度(染色程度“+”值)经秩和检验比较结果,超声干卵切片反应平均强度(X±SD 为2.51±0.09)明显高于肝卵切片(1.81±0.08,P<0.05),超声干卵切片含虫卵切面多,虫卵较密集,虫卵成熟度较一致,均有助于试验结果观察,PVC 薄膜价廉,便于携带,值得推广应用。
The Schistosoma japonicum screened eggs were suspended in 6% agar solution for paraffin section, and then adhered to the concave of PVC membrane for immunoenzyme staining (IES) Serum schistosoma patients, the positive rates were 98.11% and 97.48%, no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). Serum samples from 63 healthy volunteers were detected, including 2 false positives and 1 false positive. Suggesting that the sensitivity and specificity of the two methods are similar. However, the results of rank sum test showed that the average reaction intensity (X ± SD was 2.51 ± 0.09) of the double immunosorbent assay was significantly higher than that of the liver (1.81 ± 0.08 , P <0.05). Ultrasound stem ovale contained many sections of the worm eggs, the eggs were more dense and the maturity of the eggs was more consistent, which all contributed to the observation of the test results. PVC films were cheap and easy to carry, which deserved to be popularized and applied.
