C_(50)型敞年从1980年5月至1985年末对其进行了以钢代木改造,但由于中梁本身改善不大,中梁的裂损故障仍然比较严重。本文分析了C_(50)型敞车中梁裂损的多发部位及解决这些裂损的具体对策。提出了加强段修车开工前的预检和架车后的复检质量、严格按检修工艺的规定对中梁进行补强、加快对450工字钢的C_(50)型敞车的报废等建议。
