目的了解2010年上海市宝山区家蝇对敌敌畏、甲基嘧啶磷、溴氰菊酯的抗性情况。方法微量点滴法。结果上海市宝山区的家蝇对3种常用杀虫剂的抗性水平均不同:家蝇对敌敌畏的抗性属低抗水平,LD50为0.344 996μg/只;对甲基嘧啶磷的抗性属中抗水平,LD50为0.989 695μg/只;对溴氰菊酯的抗性属高抗水平,LD50为0.028 733μg/只。结论上海市宝山区家蝇对3种杀虫剂存在不同程度的抗性,对溴氰菊酯与甲基嘧啶磷产生了明显的抗性,而对敌敌畏相对敏感,应通过交替、轮换和复配使用杀虫剂,控制和延缓抗药性发展。
Objective To understand the resistance of house flies to dichlorvos, methylpyrimidine and deltamethrin in Baoshan District, Shanghai in 2010. Method of micro-drip method. Results The resistance levels of houseflies to three commonly used insecticides were different in Baoshan District, Shanghai. The resistance of house flies to dichlorvos was low and the LD50 was 0.344 996 μg / The level of resistance was 0.989 695 μg / L. The resistance to deltamethrin was highly resistant and the LD50 was 0.028 733 μg / body. Conclusion Musca domestica in Baoshan District of Shanghai has different degrees of resistance to the three insecticides, and has obvious resistance to deltamethrin and pyrimethamine, but is relatively sensitive to dichlorvos. Use pesticides to control and delay the development of drug resistance.
