对5根纵筋率不同的复高钛重矿渣混凝土有腹筋约束梁进行抗剪性能试验研究,同时制作2根普通混凝土梁进行对比,分析该种混凝土梁的不同纵筋率对有腹筋约束梁破坏程度的影响及受剪承载力的影响。试验采用集中荷载作用于剪跨比为1.5的约束梁,观测分析梁裂缝开展及破坏情况得到:随着复高钛重矿渣混凝土有腹筋约束梁纵筋率的增加,其临界斜裂缝的倾斜角逐渐减小,梁的主要裂缝发展程度也越小,梁的抗剪能力逐渐增强;当梁的纵筋率大于某一临界值时,梁的破坏形态会由弯曲破坏转为剪切破坏。通过比较《规范》计算的抗剪承载力和抗弯承载力对应的剪力大小,能够判断复高钛重矿渣混凝土有腹筋约束梁的最终破坏形态;其抗剪承载力试验值比按《规范》计算值平均高36.1%,满足规范要求,为该种梁的工程运用提供理论依据。
In this paper, five reinforced concrete beams with different longitudinal reinforcement ratios were tested with the webs restrained by a web of tendons, and two ordinary concrete beams were made for comparison. When the longitudinal reinforcement ratio of the beam is greater than a certain critical value, the failure mode of the beam changes from bending failure to shear failure. By comparing the shear strength calculated by the code and the shear strength corresponding to the flexural capacity, the ultimate failure mode of the reinforced concrete with high titanium slag can be judged. The test value of shear capacity is better than that of " The calculated value is 36.1% higher on average, meeting the requirements of the code, providing a theoretical basis for the engineering application of the beam.
