针对目前矿用刮板输送机减速器工况信息监测手段比较匮乏的现状,提出了基于AVR单片机的刮板输送机减速器监测系统设计方案,分析了减速器监测点的选择,详细介绍了监测系统硬件平台构成和软件功能设计,实现了对减速器温度、油位、冷却水压力与流量等关键参数的实时监测,结果表明,该系统具有可实施性,系统的实时性和可靠性较高。
Aiming at the current situation of monitoring information of working condition information of mine scraper conveyor reducer, the design scheme of monitoring system of scraper conveyor reducer based on AVR is presented. The selection of monitoring points of reducer is analyzed, The system hardware platform and the software function design realizes the real-time monitoring of the key parameters such as temperature, oil level, pressure and flow of cooling water. The results show that the system is feasible, the system’s real-time and high reliability .
