目的了解长春市朝阳区居民营养与健康状况。方法按照《2010年中国居民营养与健康状况监测工作手册》中的内容,调查工作采用整群随机抽样的方法,调查内容包括询问调查、膳食调查、常规体检、现场实验室检测等。结果粮谷类、畜禽类、蔬菜类、蛋类、食盐的摄入量与2013年中国营养学会公布的《中国营养膳食指南》的推荐量相符;豆类、奶类、水果及鱼虾类的摄入量仍显不足,油的摄入量超出推荐量;部分营养素、矿物质与推荐量存在较大差距。18岁以上居民超重率、肥胖率分别为40.88%、18.23%;高血压、糖尿病患病率、血脂异常患病率分别为31.08%、8.46%、36.28%。结论长春市朝阳区居民膳食结构有较大改善但不尽合理,居民的营养与健康状况有待改善。
Objective To understand the nutrition and health of residents in Chaoyang District, Changchun. Methods According to the “2010 Handbook on Monitoring the Nutrition and Health Status of Chinese People”, the survey was conducted using a cluster random sampling method. The survey included inquiry investigation, dietary survey, routine physical examination and on-site laboratory testing. Results The intake of cereals, livestock, vegetables, eggs and salt was in line with the recommended quantity of “China Nutritional Dietary Guidelines” published by the Chinese Nutrition Society in 2013; the consumption of beans, milk, fruits and fish and shrimp Ingestion is still insufficient, oil intake exceeds the recommended amount; some nutrients, minerals and the recommended amount of a big gap. The overweight rate and obesity rate of residents above 18 years old were 40.88% and 18.23% respectively. The prevalence rates of hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia were 31.08%, 8.46% and 36.28% respectively. Conclusion The dietary structure of residents in Chaoyang District of Changchun City has been greatly improved but not entirely reasonable. The nutritional and health conditions of residents need to be improved.
