介绍了稀土型抗开裂堆焊焊条的成分优化设计和抗开裂性能及在生产中的应用情况，表明稀土氧化物能明显提高熔敷金属的抗开裂性能，在与镍的共同作用下，可对热轧辊钢和热模具钢进行免预热、免热处理的堆焊修复。
The composition optimization design and anti-cracking performance of rare earth crack-resistant welding electrodes and its application in production are introduced.
