采用高渗高营养培养基对媒1例急性扁桃体周围脓肿穿刺液行L型细菌培养，检出6种18株L型细菌，其中L型金葡菌和L型乙型溶血性链球菌共13株（38％）；同种细菌型菌8株（24％）；同时，对31例患者进行疗效观察。提示：普通血平皿细菌培养同时加做L型细菌检查可提高致病菌的检出率；对L型细菌感染者选择性应用影响细菌细胞壁合成的抗生素，可以提高本病疗效。
Six kinds of 18 strains of L-type bacteria were detected by L-type bacterial culture in 1 medium of acute tonsil peritoneal abscess using medium with hypertonic and high nutrient medium. Among them, 13 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and L-type hemolytic streptococcus were 13 Strain (38%); the same bacteria 8 strains (24%); the same time, the efficacy of 31 patients were observed. Tip: ordinary blood plate bacterial culture at the same time add L-type bacteria can increase the detection rate of pathogens; L-type bacterial infection selective use of antibiotics that affect bacterial cell wall synthesis, can improve the efficacy of this disease.
