目的构建卡介苗(BCG)感染小鼠模型,并对其进行鉴定。方法将4周的C57BL/6小鼠暴露于BCG气溶胶30 min/d,连续3 d,并通过组织切片、HE染色和抗酸染色观察小鼠肺组织病变及结核菌数和分布情况。结果实验组小鼠肺组织可见多处炎症细胞浸润,呈慢性炎症。小鼠肺组织切片抗酸染色,可见结核杆菌,呈弥散分布。结论成功建立肺结核病动物模型。
Objective To construct a BCG-infected mouse model and identify it. Methods Four weeks of C57BL / 6 mice were exposed to BCG aerosol for 30 min / d for 3 days. The pathological changes of lung tissue and the number and distribution of TB in mice were observed by histological sections, HE staining and acid-fast staining. Results The mice in the experimental group showed infiltration of many inflammatory cells in the lung tissue and showed chronic inflammation. Mouse lung tissue sections acid-fast staining, showing Mycobacterium tuberculosis, was diffusely distributed. Conclusion The animal model of pulmonary tuberculosis was successfully established.
