本文在介绍了远程开放教育“导学”、元认知的基础上,讨论了两者的关系,认为远程开放教育教师通过“导学”提升学习者的元认知能力更有利于学习者的自主学习。因此,本文进一步探讨了从学习者的元认知知识(包括学习理念、自我认知、学习动机、课程、学习技能,学习方法),元认知体验(包括情境、情绪)和调节(即注重学习过程)这三大方面提升学习者的元认知能力的导学策略,以期引导学习者学会自主学习。
Based on the introduction of distance education, “Guidance Learning” and metacognition, this paper discusses the relationship between the two, and believes that distance and open education teachers improve learners’ metacognitive ability through “Guiding Learning” Learner’s self-learning.
