擦窗机的轮压载荷是行走机构、轨道设计的主要载荷,也是建筑基础设计的主要参考。为明确擦窗机在直轨与弯轨上运行的轮压变化情况,在推导出在弯轨上运行时底架摆动臂摆动角变化规律的基础上,通过理论分析求解了轨道轮压,利用有限元方法分析得出了轮压,给出了考虑风载荷情况下的轮压计算结果和轮压分布规律。针对某大型CDG250型屋面轨道擦窗机进行实例分析,验证文中的理论推导和有限元方法的合理性,为擦窗机行走机构与轨道的设计提供理论依据。
Gondola wheel load is the main load walking agencies, track design, is also the main reference to the design of the building foundation. In order to clarify the variation of wheel pressure of the window wiper traveling on the straight track and the curved track, the variation law of swinging angle of the swing arm of the chassis during the running on the curved track was deduced. Based on the theoretical analysis, The finite element method is used to analyze the wheel pressure. The wheel pressure calculation results and the wheel pressure distribution are given considering the wind load. A case study of a large CDG250 roof track gondola is carried out to verify the theoretical derivation and rationality of the finite element method and provide a theoretical basis for the design of gondola walking mechanism and track.
