In this study, UV as a damaging factor, and quantitative, in order to observe the impact of UV irradiation on vascular endothelial cells. The results showed that under different degrees of ultraviolet light, the vascular endothelial cells appeared different morphological changes of floating and cell lysis. When the irradiation dose was more than 1J / cm ~ 2, the survival rate was significantly decreased (P <0.01) . At the same time, the activity of Thrombomodulin (TM) on the surface of endothelial cells decreased under UV irradiation, and the degree of reduction was related to the amount of irradiation and the time elapsed after irradiation. There was a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the group of 0.1J / cm ~ 2 irradiation for 24 hours, but significantly decreased in the group of 1J / cm ~ 2 irradiation for 3 hours (P <0.01) The activity of TM was measured immediately, showing a significant decrease (P <0.01), and continued to decline with time.
