在分析某三水型铝铁复合矿物相组成和嵌布特性等基础上,提出了先用拜耳法常压提取矿石中三水铝石,然后采用配入A型催化剂赤泥煤基直接还原焙烧-磁选分离新工艺。结果表明,采用该工艺处理某三水型铝铁复合矿,可直接从矿石提取氢氧化铝和海绵铁两种产品,达到了合理综合开发利用该矿的目的。
Based on the analysis of the phase composition and inlaid properties of a certain tribasic Al-Fe complex mineral, it is proposed to extract the gibbsite from the ore by atmospheric pressure at the Bayer process and then use the red-type coal-based direct reduction roasting New Technology of Magnetic Separation. The results show that this process can be used to extract aluminum hydroxide and sponge iron directly from the ore, and achieve the purpose of reasonable comprehensive development and utilization of the ore.
