组织社会化是指个体由组织外部人员转化为有参与性和效益性的内部成员的过程。本文采用纵向式研究视角,试图将组织社会化看成一个不断循环却又螺旋上升的过程,组织社会化过程就是由学习阶段、互动阶段和适应阶段这3个阶段循环形成的阶梯不断向上攀升,形成一个螺旋上升的结构,直至个人与组织的契合度达到较高水平,并实现人力资源管理的最终目标,以此丰富组织社会化领域的研究。
Organizational socialization refers to the process by which an individual is converted from outside the organization to a participative and effective internal member. In this paper, we use the longitudinal research perspective to attempt to regard the socialization of organizations as a process of continuous circulation but spiraling. The process of organizing socialization is that the ladder formed by the three stages of learning phase, interaction phase and adaptation phase keeps climbing upwards, The formation of a spiral structure until the personal and organizational fit to a high level, and to achieve the ultimate goal of human resources management, in order to enrich the organization of social field research.
