城市区域火灾风险评估是科学地进行城市消防规划和消防力量部署的重要参考依据。该研究在风险准则和致因分析的基础上,确立风险评价准则,建立了多层次城市区域火灾评价指标体系。同时,利用地理信息系统强大的数据处理能力与空间分析功能,采用模糊综合评价方法建立了基于GIS和FCA的城市区域火灾风险评价模型,并利用该模型对某市高新技术开发区进行了火灾风险评估,确定了区内各单位的火灾风险等级及空间分布,为后续的区域消防规划和管理提供了重要参考。
Fire risk assessment in urban area is an important reference for scientifically carrying out urban fire planning and fire power deployment. Based on the risk criteria and causation analysis, this research establishes risk assessment criteria and establishes a multi-level urban fire evaluation index system. At the same time, using the powerful data processing ability and spatial analysis function of geographic information system, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established to evaluate the regional city fire risk assessment model based on GIS and FCA. With this model, a city’s high-tech development zone fire risk Assessment and determination of the fire risk levels and spatial distribution of all units in the district, providing an important reference for the subsequent regional fire planning and management.
