城镇化建设的不断推进,建筑工程项目在逐渐增多,若想提高建筑企业的竞争力,提高企业的经济效益,工程预结算工作变得尤为重要。由于建筑工程项目所持续的时间相对较长,极易受到多种不确定因素的影响,使得预结算水平下降,面对以上问题,必须开展动态管理模式,以实现对预结算的规范性控制。针对此项问题,本文就建筑工程预结算的动态管理策略进行了分析。
Urbanization continues to advance, construction projects are gradually increasing, if we want to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, the project pre-settlement work has become even more important. Due to the relatively long duration of construction projects, vulnerable to a variety of uncertainties, making the level of pre-settlement decline, in the face of these problems, we must develop a dynamic management model to achieve the normative control of pre-settlement. In response to this problem, this article analyzes the dynamic management strategy of pre-settlement of construction projects.
