立定跳远是学生体质健康测试基本的指标,也是泉州市近几年体育中考的“选考”项目,它是近几年我市初中学生参加体育中考选考几率较高的项目,也是我校学生在体育“选考”中普遍选考的项目,选考立定跳远学生占总人数的98%以上,所以如何提高学生立定跳远成绩显得迫在眉睫,至关重要。但是在立定跳远教学和日常训练中,发现很多学生对该项目关键技术不懂,会出现跳跃时蹬地无力、起跳角度太小、挺腹动作过大、身体前旋等问题。那如何通过体育课堂的有效教学来帮助学生发展身体的弹跳素质、领悟技术要领,使成绩取得了明显的提高?在此,我将平时教学实践过程中所使用的一些方法和手段,与诸位同行分享。
