目的:探讨不同的蝎毒抗癌多肽(APBMV)制剂经不同的给药途径对肿瘤及免疫的影响,并为APBMV制剂的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:肝癌(H22)荷瘤小鼠65只,雄性,体重(20±2)g,分别给予APBMV3种制剂(针剂、胶囊及乳剂)及5氟尿嘧啶(5Fu),给药10d后处死,观察外周血白细胞数、瘤块及脾脏重量的变化。结果:5Fu对H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的抑制最高,可达48.81%;APBMV针剂对肿瘤的抑制率亦达40.59%,与阴性对照相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。APBMV乳剂、针剂及胶囊组的脾重指数分别为74.27mg/10g、71.42mg/10g及73.31mg/10g,与阴性对照组相比,均有显著增加(P<0.01)。APBMV乳剂及胶囊组的白细胞数目分别达到14.21×109L-1、14.36×109L-1,与阴性对照组相比,均有显著增加(P<0.01);而APBMV针剂组的白细胞数目为10.41×109L-1,虽与阴性对照组相似,但较阳性对照组显著增加(P<0.001)。结论:APBMV3种制剂均可抑制肿瘤的生长、促进脾脏功能、升高白细胞数目及增强机体免疫能力。在实际应用过程中,APBM?
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different preparations of APBMV on tumor and immune via different route of administration, and to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of APBMV. Methods: Tumor-bearing mice (H22), 65, male, weighing 20 ± 2 g, were given APBMV 3 kinds of preparation (injection, capsule and emulsion) and 5-fluorouracil , Observed the number of peripheral white blood cells, tumor mass and spleen weight changes.
