浮选是各种吸附气泡工艺过程的总称。溶气浮选是在250—500千牛顿/米~2的压力下将空气溶解到水中,然后水通过阀门或文杜里管射入浮选槽。由于通过阀门时压力减小,结果引起大多数被过量溶解的空气释放而形成极小的气泡群(气泡尺寸为20—100微米)。这些气泡一旦与疏水性的悬浮固体接触,浮选就以通常的方式发生,这就形成了溶气浮选。
Flotation is a general term for various processes of adsorbing bubbles. Dissolved air flotation dissolves air into the water at a pressure of 250-500 kN / m 2, and the water then enters the flotation cell through a valve or venturi. As a result of the pressure reduction as it passes through the valve, the result is that most of the air that has been excessively dissolved releases to a very small bubble population (bubble size 20-100 microns). Once these bubbles come into contact with the hydrophobic suspended solids, flotation occurs in the usual manner, forming a dissolved air flotation.
