镉试剂曾用于Cd(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Mg(Ⅱ)的检定和光度测定。有关该试剂的合成及其在微量分析中的应用最近已有综述报导。在弱碱性介质中,银与1,10-菲啰啉(phen)及镉试剂(cad)可形成玫瑰红色三元络合物,易被氯仿定量地萃取,其摩尔吸光系数为5.7×10~4,高于常用测银的双硫腙法(ε=3.05×10~4)和绕丹宁法(ε=2.0×10~4)。本文用上述络合反应作了萃取-光度测定银的各种条件及测出氯仿层中络合物的组成比。曾用于工业废水中痕量银的测定并获得较满意的结果。
Cadmium reagents have been used in the determination of Cd (Ⅱ), Hg (Ⅱ), Pd (Ⅱ), Mg (Ⅱ) and photometric determination. The synthesis of this reagent and its use in microanalysis have been reviewed recently. In weakly alkaline medium, silver and 1,10-phenanthroline (cad) and cadmium reagent (cad) can form rose red ternary complex, easily quantitatively extracted by chloroform, the molar absorption coefficient of 5.7 × 10 ~ 4, higher than the silver dithizone method (ε = 3.05 × 10 ~ 4) and rhodanine method (ε = 2.0 × 10 ~ 4). In this paper, the above complexation reaction was used for the extraction-spectrophotometric determination of silver conditions and the determination of the composition of the complex in the chloroform layer. Used for the determination of trace silver in industrial wastewater and get more satisfactory results.
