近年来,随着我园办学规模的扩大,很多青年教师加入到我们的行列中来。我园针对青年教师存在的问题和不足,采取相应的措施,促使青年教师在教研之路上逐步成为敢研、会研、乐研的研究型教师。一、分析原因、降低门槛,激发青年教师“敢研”的动力在幼儿园的教研活动中,青年教师总是显得缺乏自信,依赖老教师。通过问卷,我们发现原因如下:青年教师的教研意识薄弱,认为自己还年轻,教育研究那是专家、园长和教学骨干的事情,离自己太遥远;部分教师意识到教研的重要性,有参与教研的愿望,但苦于理论知识和实践经验不足,怕在过程中出错,引起笑话,时间一长便形成了“畏惧”心理。
