目的通过对某汽车零部件公司二氧化碳保护焊作业的职业病危害防护设施的改造,使二氧化碳保护焊岗位的职业病危害因素的浓度低于国家职业接触限值。方法运用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、卫生工程检测等方法进行识别、检测和分析。结果整改前共检测了20个二氧化碳保护焊岗位的电焊烟尘和锰及其化合物,其中电焊烟尘合格率为20%,锰及其化合物合格率为30%。整改后共检测了20个二氧化碳保护焊岗位的电焊烟尘和锰及其化合物,其中电焊烟尘合格率为95%,锰及其化合物合格率为95%。结论二氧化碳保护焊作业的职业病危害防护的改造措施是可行的,电焊烟尘和锰及其化合物的浓度得到了较好的控制。
Objective To reform the protection of occupational hazards of carbon dioxide (CO2) welding in an auto parts company so that the concentration of occupational hazards in CO2 protection welding positions is lower than the national occupational exposure limit. Methods The methods of occupational health survey, occupational health examination and sanitary engineering examination were used to identify, test and analyze. Results Before the rectification, a total of 20 welding fumes, manganese and their compounds at the CO2 protection welding positions were detected. The passing rate of welding fume and dust was 20% and that of manganese and its compounds was 30%. After the rectification, a total of 20 welding fumes, manganese and their compounds in the post of carbon dioxide protection welding were detected, of which the passing rate of welding fume and dust was 95% and the passing rate of manganese and its compounds was 95%. Conclusion It is feasible to retrofit occupational hazards protection in CO2 arc welding operation. The concentrations of welding fume, manganese, and their compounds are well controlled.
