为研究高温、噪声及复合因素对大鼠血浆及肺组织中内皮素(ET)含量的影响,用特异性放射免疫法对80只Wistar大鼠进行检测(每组暴露1h).结果:(1)对照组、高温组、噪声组及复合因素组血浆ET含量分别为821.5±49.3、786.8±46.0、823.6±58.6及703.1±29.6pg/mL,复合因素组血浆ET含量较对照组明显下降(P<0.05).(2)对照组、高温组、噪声组及复合因素组肺ET含量分别为21.6±7.6、53.6±15.1、45.1±7.1及17.2±2.3pg/mg ww,噪声组肺ET含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。噪声组肺ET含量明显升高与噪声使交感神经紧张性增加,肺组织缺氧有关.ET是目前已知最强的支气管收缩剂,故强噪声可引发支气管哮喘.ET对心肌具有剂量依赖性正性肌力作用,可使血浆中加压素,肾上腺素水平增加,复合因素组血浆ET含量下降可能会使心肌收缩力减弱,血压下降,进而出现心慌、头晕、疲乏等症状,使工作耐力下降.
