在水稻不育系开花期接种Neovosiahorrida的细胞学研究表明,病菌对“珍汕97A”比“D90A”“G46A”及“K17A”有较高的侵染率。病菌不进入水稻的细胞,也不侵入胚囊,在菌丝周围的花柱及子房细胞无可见的变化,也都具有正常的质壁分离能力。接种后12小时,水稻子房细胞膜透性高于不接种的对照,但在24小时以后,除“珍汕97A”的细胞膜透性显著上升之外,其余3个不育系接近或低于不接种的水平。
Cytological studies of Neovosia horrida inoculated at the flowering stage of rice CMS showed that the pathogen had a higher infection rate to “Zhenshan 97A” than “D90A”, “G46A” and “K17A”. The bacteria do not enter the rice cells nor invade into the embryo sac. There are no visible changes in the style and ovary cells around the hyphae, and all have normal plasmolysis capabilities. At 12 hours after inoculation, the membrane permeability of rice ovary was higher than that of the non-inoculated control, but after 24 hours, except for the significant increase of membrane permeability of “Zhenshan 97A”, the other 3 sterile lines were close to or below Inoculation level.
