利用常压室温等离子体(ARTP)处理玉米种子和花粉,研究其对玉米种子萌发、幼苗生长和花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:ARTP处理5 min、15 min、30 min对玉米种子出芽率没有作用,但是影响了其幼苗的生长:随着处理时间的延长,幼苗干重逐渐增加;同对照相比,ARTP处理30 min幼苗显著增长,而幼苗根长/苗高比值降低。随着ARTP对玉米花粉处理时间的增加(0 s,18 s,54 s,90 s,144 s,180 s,270 s,360 s),花粉萌发率大幅度降低,处理360 s时,花粉萌发率接近为零。本研究将有利于ARTP在玉米诱变育种中的应用。
Maize seeds and pollen were treated with atmospheric pressure room temperature plasma (ARTP) to study their effects on seed germination, seedling growth and pollen germination. The results showed that: ARTP treatment of 5 min, 15 min, 30 min had no effect on the germination rate of maize seeds, but affected the seedling growth. With the prolongation of treatment time, the seedling dry weight increased gradually. Compared with the control, ARTP treatment 30 min seedlings significantly increased, while the seedling root length / seedling height ratio decreased. The germination rate of pollen decreased significantly with the increase of ARTP treatment time (0 s, 18 s, 54 s, 90 s, 144 s, 180 s, 270 s, 360 s) Rate is close to zero. This study will be beneficial to the application of ARTP in mutation breeding of maize.
