目的:优化红花清肝十三味水泛丸成型工艺。方法:应用对比试验的方法筛选红花清肝十三味水泛丸的最佳工艺条件。结果:红花清肝十三味水泛丸起模:每1000g药粉用45~46g粉起模,泛丸加水方法:采用喷雾加水法,丸粒表面润湿均匀,成品的圆整度好。泛丸加粉方法:采用将粉末直接加入包衣锅底部的方法,可使集中于锅底的小丸充分粘附药粉,缩小了丸粒的粒度差,并使丸粒大小一致,均匀度好。
Objective: To optimize safflower Qinggan 13 flavor water pan pills forming process. Methods: The optimal conditions of Honghua Qinggan Shisanwei Shuiban Pill were screened by comparative test. Results: Safflower Qinggan Thirteen Flavors Pancreatic Qi: Each 1000g powder with 45 ~ 46g powder mold, Pan-pill water method: spray plus water method, the surface of the pellets wetting, the finished roundness is good. Pan-fried powder method: The powder directly into the coating pan at the bottom of the method can be concentrated in the bottom of the pellet full adhesion powder, reducing the pellet size difference, and the pellets the same size, good uniformity.
