尽管2006年一季度的人才市场行情波澜不惊,但来自中国人力资源开发网3月份的一项网上调查显示,七成职业人士计划跳槽。也有专家预测,未来两月将会出现企业员工跳槽的高峰。根据中人网近一个月的调查统计,在受访的486名调查参与者中,有70.15%的人明确表示在2006年有跳槽计划,这其中有接近一半人是因为对公司的福利待遇及所处环境不满意而产生跳槽的念头;而29.85%的“没有跳槽计划”的人群中,有三分之一的人表示对当前公司发展前景看好,另有近三分之一的人则是因为对于严峻的就业形势有所顾虑,担心跳槽的机会成本过高因而暂时没有跳槽的计划。
