建立科研联系人制度是中国医学科学院阜外医院科研处在从事科研管理的工作实践中总结出来的一种管理方法,其主要管理思想就是“推送服务”。经过几年的工作实践,取得了一定的工作成效,特别是在科研处开展网络化管理过程中发挥出了巨大作用,科研管理工作方式实现了从点到点的服务向点到面的服务转变;科研人员从被动接受服务向科研联系人主动推送服务方式转变。由于科研联系人参与科研管理工作,所开展的网络化管理产生了实效,实现了全院科研管理的无纸化办公;由于科研联系人队伍的建立,管理队伍得到扩大和延伸,使科研人员感受到了科研服务提供就在自己身边,从而加大了管理力度,提高了工作效率。
