随着机械制造行业的快速发展,工业清洗,特别是小零件的清洗已经覆盖社会的各个方面,而目前国内清洗机功能单一、自动化程度较低,不能满足日益升高的零件清洗要求。本文基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),采用目前最有效的超声波方法 ,设计了小零件流水线清洗控制系统,包括硬件配置、程序设计、触摸屏及组态王的组态设计,并进行了PLC与触摸屏的仿真调试。仿真结果表明,该系统灵活可靠,清洗效率和清洗效果优于现有小零件清洗机,且清洗成本低,适于推广应用。
With the rapid development of the machinery manufacturing industry, industrial cleaning, especially the cleaning of small parts has covered all aspects of society. At present, domestic washing machines have a single function and a low degree of automation and can not meet the ever-increasing requirements for part cleaning. Based on programmable logic controller (PLC), using the most effective ultrasonic method at present, this paper designs a small parts pipeline cleaning control system, including hardware configuration, programming, touch screen and Kingview configuration and PLC and Touch screen simulation debugging. The simulation results show that the system is flexible and reliable, the cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect is better than the existing small parts washing machine, and the cleaning cost is low, suitable for popularization and application.
