对空调器用簿壁内螺旋凸筋铜管生产工艺进行了较全面的试验研究，探讨了工艺条件对管材质量的影响规律，提出了合理的生产工艺；应用试验结果表明，按此工艺所生产的内螺旋凸筋铜完全满足用户的要求．
A more comprehensive experimental study on the production process of spiral ribbed copper tubes on the air conditioner wall was conducted. The influence of process conditions on the pipe quality was discussed and a reasonable production process was put forward. The application test results showed that, Internal spiral rib copper fully meet the user’s requirements.
