结构分析中,尤其是有限元法计算过程中,对轴承的模拟是一个比较难以实现的问题。由于轴承的受力情况比较复杂,导致了轴承内外圈的边界条件及轴承滚珠的受力情况难以正确的确定。现有的大型有限元分析软件对轴承的描述也是比较困难的。本文通过对轴承进行受力分析,利用Ansys有限元分析软件对轴承进行模拟,将几种简化方法进行比较,得到了较为正确的结果。
Structural analysis, especially in the finite element method calculation process, the simulation of the bearing is a more difficult problem to be solved. Due to the bearing force is more complicated, resulting in the bearing inner and outer ring boundary conditions and the bearing ball force situation is difficult to correctly determine. Existing large finite element analysis software bearing description is also more difficult. In this paper, bearing is analyzed by force, the bearing is simulated by Ansys finite element analysis software, and several simplified methods are compared to get more correct results.
