“卓越法律人才教育培养计划”近日正式启动。这是贯彻落实《教育规划纲要》和胡锦涛总书记在清华大学百年校庆讲话精神的一项重要措施,是人文社会科学领域第一个卓越人才教育培养计划,同时也是改革开放30多年来教育部和中央政法委第一个法学教育教学改革专门计划。这项计划由教育部和中央政法委共同组织实施,旨在通过教育与法律实务部门协同合作,顶层构架人才培养蓝图,整合优质法学教育资源,推动体制机制改革,着力提高法 “Excellent Law Talent Education and Training Program ” has officially started recently.
