针对高速冷连轧机组出口带钢运行速度高达1600m/min、安装空间小、油气污染严重的检测条件,采用先进的机器视觉检测技术,自主开发了一套带钢表面质量在线检测系统。研制了基于FPGA技术的专用图像处理板卡,解决了在线检测中带钢表面图像高速采集和处理的问题;提出了正压空气吹扫的成像关键部件清洁方法和采用水冷空调进行温度控制的方案,使系统具备长时间可靠运行的能力。检测系统经过改进和优化,能够稳定运行,并有效地检测孔洞、翘皮和划伤等缺陷。
Aiming at the condition of strip running speed up to 1600m / min, small installation space and serious oil and gas pollution in the high speed tandem cold rolling mill, a set of on-line inspection system of strip surface quality was independently developed with advanced machine vision inspection technology. A special image processing board based on FPGA technology was developed to solve the problem of high speed image acquisition and processing of the strip surface in online inspection. The cleaning method of imaging critical components for positive pressure air purging and the scheme of temperature control using water cooled air conditioner , Make the system have the ability of reliable operation for a long time. Detection system has been improved and optimized to be able to run stably and effectively detect defects such as holes, skins and scratches.
