我厂两台上海锅炉厂SG220—100—Ⅰ型高压煤粉锅炉各配设BT(?)—2150型旋风分离器两台。这种旋风分离器效率低,仅徘徊在67%左右,致使乏气含粉严重。从燃烧工况来分析:由于三次风带粉严重,故炉膛火焰中心上移,粉膛出口烟温升高,过热器受高温威胁(当制粉系统停用时,过热器后烟温下降40—50℃),迫使制粉系统运行时长期投用大量的减温水,才能保持汽温正常。另外,由于一次风煤粉浓度相应降低,使给煤机的调节范围减
