目的:通过对清开灵注射液组方药材、清开灵注射液和大鼠给药清开灵注射液后体内钙元素含量进行分析,明确清开灵注射液中钙元素的含量、主要来源和不同批次间的差异,推测钙元素是否是清开灵注射液的药效物质基础。方法:采用微波消解法对清开灵注射液、相关药材和大鼠给药清开灵注射液后的血浆样品进行处理,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICPMS)法检测其中的钙元素,并结合相关信息学研究对结果进行分析。结果:明确了珍珠母和板蓝根是清开灵注射液组方药材钙元素的主要提供者,且进入到清开灵注射液中的钙元素不足组方药材钙元素质量分数的0.1%。不同批次清开灵注射液中钙元素差异相对差异>40%。大鼠尾静脉给予清开灵注射液后,血浆中的钙元素未有统计学意义上的变化。结论:清开灵注射液的制备工艺导致钙元素大量损失,且清开灵注射液中的钙元素未能引起大鼠血浆中钙元素浓度增加,因此钙元素是否是清开灵注射液的药效物质基础有待进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the contents of calcium in Qingkailing Injection by analyzing the prescriptions of Qingkailing Injection, Qingkailing Injection and Qingkailing Injection, and to determine the content of calcium in Qingkailing Injection. After tail vein injection of Qingkailing injection, there was no statistically significant change of calcium in plasma. Conclusion: The preparation process of Qingkailing injection resulted in a large loss of calcium, and the calcium in Qingkailing injection failed to increase the concentration of calcium in plasma of rats.
