现代经济的快速发展在给企业提供了许多难得的发展机会的同时,也让现代企业必须面对日益激烈的市场竞争,尤其是中小企业的发展受到较大的影响。加强人力资源管理是中小企业转变其经营管理理念、提高企业经济效益的一项重要措施。本文立足当前中小企业人力资源管理的现状以及其存在的问题,重点分析了应该如何更好地加强中小企业人力资源管理等方面的内容。
The rapid development of the modern economy has provided many rare opportunities for development for enterprises. At the same time, modern enterprises must face the increasingly fierce market competition. In particular, the development of SMEs is greatly affected. Strengthening human resources management is an important measure for small and medium-sized enterprises to change their management concepts and improve the economic benefits of their enterprises.
