时政话语与一般文化作品的翻译方式不同,注重的是能否被接受。迄今为止,研究翻译如何准确地传达传播内容的较多,而针对翻译如何考虑传播受众、如何从翻译传播的效果出发,探索国际社会对中国时政话语对外传播的理解和接受程度的实证研究却很少。实证调查发现,意识形态的差异是影响受众理解中国政治术语的重要原因。而提高我国时政话语对外翻译传播的效果,不仅具有传播意义,而且具有战略意义。以认知心理学“同化—顺应”为基础的心理接受理论,则可提出“以我为主、重视差异、不断强化、渐被接受”的传播策略,提高时政话语对外翻译传播效果。
The discourse of political discourse is different from that of general cultural works, and the focus is whether it can be accepted. So far, how translation studies accurately convey the content of communication, and how to consider how translators spread their audiences and how to explore the international community’s understanding and acceptance of the spread of China’s current affairs discourse from the perspective of translation and dissemination less. The empirical investigation found that the difference in ideology is an important reason for influencing audiences to understand Chinese political terms. The effect of improving the translation and dissemination of political discourse in our country is not only of great significance but also of strategic significance. The theory of psychological acceptance based on cognitive psychology “Assimilation - Adaptation” can propose a communication strategy of “focusing on me, focusing on difference, strengthening continuously and gradually being accepted”, and improving the translation and dissemination of the current affairs discourse effect.
